I wanted to write about the awesome breakfast Mrs. Rat got up and made me this morning but something else has come up that I can't let go.
Why suddenly does everyone care what it costs for the Obama family to take a few days off during the holidays? Just for the record George W. Bush spent way over 20 million dollars flying back and forth from Crawford Texas and nobody said a god damn thing about that. He made 77 trips and spent over a year of his presidency there and not a fucking word. President Obama goes for a holiday during Christmas with his family before he goes back to work for another 4 year term and everybody wants to talk about what it cost. What is the Commander and Chief of the Most Powerful Military the world has ever known supposed to do. Take a bus!
George W. Bush spent more time on vacation than any President in my lifetime. About 33% percent of the time he was at Camp David, Crawford Ranch or the Bush Compound. Over a 1000 days of vacation in 8 years. No one said anything when millions of dollars of the tax payers money was spent on Crawford ranch improvements. Not one word. Now suddenly every dime must be agonized over like it came out of your wallet. You probably got a refund, why do you care so much?
Ronald Reagan went to his ranch in California, Lyndon Johnson went to his ranch in Texas but let Obama go to Hawaii and suddenly we are going to go broke! What the fuck people? Why not try and get the facts someplace besides Rush Limbaugh, or Glenn Beck or Bill O'Reilly. They are biased, they lie out their ass. They mislead the weak minded!

Unlike so many who just repeat what some right wing, college dropout spews out his ass like it came down from the mountain on stone fucking tablets I actually check my facts. Ouch ... I've been thinking the same thing about his vacations. I just hate his arrogant attitude. I don't question a need for time off. I question taking two planes hours apart when one would work.
