Somebody tell the Donald it is not the 1980s

Life is a mystery for sure. You can try and try to follow your bliss, fill your heart with love and peace, practice acts of kindness and it only takes one  loud mouthed douchebag to ruin your vibe!

Oh well, the majority of mankind eats it's boogers and scratches it's ass and then sniffs it's fingers. You can't really expect much. The men compensate for their small peckers with big guns and measure their worth by what kind of wheels and tires they have on their pick up trucks. It is a giant competition that none of them are capable of winning.  Everyday is a struggle to out do one another. A nonstop pecker measuring contest.Pathetic little men with pathetic little minds and even more pathetic little hearts.

Reminds me of Trump! ha ha ha  He would lie cheat steal betray anybody to protect his precious image of himself. Egotistical old fool who thought it would be fun to be President. Talked other fools into putting him there and now he finds it is not a 9 to 5 job and he can't do anything he wants. He doesn't get to go play when there are responsibilities to be fulfilled. What a bore! eh Donald. He didn't have any new ideas. He thought he would just imitate Reagan and everything would be fine.

I must confess it is entertaining to watch. But in the meantime the country suffers from an incompetent and ineffectual administration.   This country has Moslems and blacks and Hispanics and gays and handicapped people who need a President too! Trump just wants to be the White healthy people's President. Everyone else should leave or at the very least shut the hell up! Outdated ideas, antiquated notions have no place in a growing progressive society. An open mind is necessary, a respect for diversity, the ability to engage in open dialog, a respect for minorities and their problems. A respect for the environment. A fresh approach, not turning the clocks back to 1980.

  1. "A nonstop pecker measuring contest." Great line, accurate and succinct. This blog will make a poet of you yet.

    1. someday perhaps I will share my poems written when I was much younger and less tainted. In my golden years I have turned my attention to my utter disgust of humanity. Sartre said "hell is other people" and I must agree. Nature is committing suicide and humans are the razor. A self replicating organism that takes over everything it can . It grows without restraint and chokes the life out of everything it touches. Eats and eats and eats until everything is gone and then it turns on itself for a final meal. Perhaps if we destroy ourselves before we succeed in destroying the world our bodies nitrogen and phosphorus can make the world green again. A small gift to make up for all the trouble we caused.

  2. we're humans, this is what we do.

what did we do as soon as we discovered whales in the ocean? we went back to port and raised money to build ships and kill the whales to make a few bucks. now we're doing it on a grand scale. we are a pox on the planet.

    1. Wow! Aren't you a ray of sunshine today! ha ha Yes, humans are shit for sure. I suspicion we will destroy ourselves long before we mature enough to go to the stars. In a few centuries all evidence of our having been here will be reduced to rubble and if life from somewhere ever does land here to check the place out they will find a lush green beautiful planet and they will meet with the Council of Cockroaches who have been in charge for the last million years or so!

    1. First let me say I am glad your boy's operation went well. Yes, I agree completely. We are all in this together. I don't know what it would take to unite and work for the common good.
